Abstract

SUMMARY

Taxonomic studies on the thermophilic oligosporic actinomycete chiefly responsible for the respiratory disease Farmer’s Lung support the view that the organism was incorrectly identified as Hens. The organism belongs to the genus Lechevalier . and is described as a new species .
